This system makes up a whole
with the philosophy of Idroambiente: the hydraulic
relining through pre-impregnated liner and air-,
steam-polymerization. We employ highly specialized
personnel and we rely on technologies, partially
developed by us, on the basis of the experience
acquired during several years in industrial and
civil fields. The liner made of composite patented
material, looks like a flat hose that, after
being positioned inside the flue through the
flue itself, gets swelling sticking perfectly
to the inner surface of the flue. Then, by steam
flow, we get to polymerization and hardening.
The material used is certified and guaranteed
by the manufacturer all over the world, and Idroambiente
with its history and with the experience of its
personnel assures a top quality laying work (ISO
9001-2000 certification).

Once treated, the flue is fit
for any gas heater or gas-fired boiler, with
the exception of A-type systems (firewood/coal-burning
stoves and fireplaces).
Before carrying out the relining, we generally
make a video inspection and a survey to calculate
the flow and the inner condition of the flue.
Then it can be certified in accordance with the
law. These operations utilize special computerized
instruments able to calculate also the draught.
While connecting the flue with the plants for
domestic use or for centralized systems, we do
all necessary works to make the plant meet all
the laws in force or on the way to enforcement.
Moreover, we can, in some cases, realize many
single flues starting from a multiple flue, thus
resolving permanently in a lasting way the problem
related to the property of the flue itself and
to the civil liability. |

> Easy intervention also in
case of non-accessible pent roofs.
> Laying and hardening of the liner do not
create dust, odour or noises; plant shutdown
(about 8 hours) is the same both for one flue
and for many flues inside a collective flue.
> No breaking of the front of the building,
no depreciation of the real estate for the laying
of outside flues.
>Possibility to reclaim flues which otherwise,
without being relined, (the lining has a very
low roughness), would not have the right dimensions
required for being certified in accordance with
the law.
> Possibility to certify flues with rectangular
section which can be recovered by inserting steel
flues.
> The hardened lining is self-supporting and
is not affected by possible building settling
in case of contemporaneous or future restructuring
of the building.
> The
hardened lining is enbloc, with no joints and/or
packings which could perish in time.
> The manufacture cannot be corroded by condensed
acid and cannot be ruined by atmospheric agents.
