Idro-loc
and Sub-loc
are exclusive systems by Idroambiente which
make it possible to intervene
locally with structural lining.
Both systems work with resin-bonded materials
having different characteristics compared to
usual means used for this kind of intervention.
Also in this case we use the old pipe as mold
introducing a special trailer-mounted packer
fit up with the resin-bonded liner to be molded
inside. Once the telecamera has located the
deterioration, we proceed to the inflation
of the packer and to the resin polymerization.
The SUB-LOC system (international patent) stands
out because of the fact that it has been studied
purposely to work in extreme conditions in
presence of water. SUB-LOC is the only solution
for localized lining and offers the best guarantees
of success when dealing with strong infiltrations
inside piping completely flooded or submerged.
Thanks to the SUB-LOC system we can realize
localized variable-length resin-saturated sleeves
up to 5 linear meters in just one solution.
