The Phoenix system is the
only relining system born for pressure and
gravity pipes using just one single laying
and one operating machine.
Using air for the reversion (feed) of structural
thermosetting liners and then using steam for
polymerization, it can work indistinctly with
special liners for water, gas. oil pipelines
(Tubetex, Combiliner, Nordpipe) and for sewer
pipes (Nordiwall, Uniliner+TP), combined with
epoxy resins produced in Italy.
These liners are the result of 25 years of
continuous research and applications all over
the world and they guarantee maximum chemical
resistance and optimum static and/or pressure
resistance according to the different types
and thickness.
The relining made with Phoenix system allows
the laying of liners also in presence of bands,
changes in diameters, any slopes, laying of
monolithic pipes perfectly circular and structural
inside cavaedia or much bigger manifolds, robotized
reopening of connections, besides allowing
the relining of up to 600 lm distances with
one single liner.
The laying/heating machines, realized (in our
case) with special equipment installed on a
single truck or on a single container, make
us optimize the size of the yard and times
of complete circle of impregnation, laying,
polymerization and finishing of the manufactured
product.
The special Phoenix liners supplied only to
exclusive licensees, the epoxy resins developed
in Italy and certified by Phoenix, and the
high specialization of our personnel set off
the quality of the manufactured product in
terms of security, duration and high yield
of the investment made on the pipe.
(For water system) Tubetex and Combiliner
impregnated with our resins and polymerized
according to Phoenix process are certified
in Italy in compliance with the specifications
of Circolare N° 102 of 2-12-19 78 of
Ministero della Sanità and in compliance
with NSF for the USA and Canada (www.nsf.org).
