Television inspection is one
of the most versatile instruments used to arrange,
in a short time, a very detailed situation in
actual fact. Of course, we are talking about
a particular telecamera and we work with well
experienced operators who know exactly what a
well is and how it works.
A correct planned maintenance work, carefully-gauged
to the real need, is the best guarantee return
in terms of costs/profits of the intervention.

For this purpose, we have always
been using an exclusive television system, planned
and custom-made in Germany. Afterwards, the system
has been updated and integrated with new technologies
acquired through the exclusive collaboration
with some Italian companies. The technical peculiarity
applied, unique so far, consists in orienting
the telecamera lens WITH the whole illuminating
device up to 500 m. depth, without hemispherical
protection caps. Perfect lighting and no “aquarium” effect
make it possible to our systems Tommaso
1 and
Tommaso 2 to record top quality high resolution
pictures. The decennial experience of our operators
and the high technological contents of the system
used, allow us to offer to Corporate bodies,
companies and professionals a video inspection
service at top European level.
Tommaso 1 is the only mobile unit in Italy prepared
and equipped to operate exclusively in wells
in any operative condition.
The protocols we issue after the inspection are
reports about the observations, made by the operator
during the inspection on site, which are registered
using a special PC. Each remark is overprinted
on video, is listed according to its metric position
and it quotes (in case of deteriorations or defects)
a seriousness rating according to ATV regulations.
The videorecorded pictures are marked in continuous
and show date/time/metric position of all observations
pointed out (for a few seconds) as a guarantee
for the customer.
Tommaso 1 and Tommaso
2 can also determine the
diameter of the well or measure the objects framed
through a computerized laser system.
The protocol bears a survey card for each measurement
with a picture of the framed object. |
